Desk Store  strives to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following two conditions-

If a mismatched product has been delivered, in terms of style, color, and/or size.

If the product is received in a damaged condition. A product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure the best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed. 

In such cases of return, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or give you equivalent store credit/ refund. 

Kindly allow approximately 1–2 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). We will notify you if the return is eligible for a replacement, store credit or refund.

  • What is the Returns procedure?
    If you want to return any product because of any of the above two reasons, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. You can get in touch with our Customer Service by sending us an email at Deskstoreoffical@gmail.com or calling us at +91-9990971189 between 10 p.m. and 6 p.m (Monday – Friday).
    We will arrange a return pick-up and mail you the shipping slip. You will have to arrange the printout of the shipping slip, pack the parcel back just as it came (products should be in original packaging and un-used condition) and then paste the shipping slip on the shipping box. Once the return order is picked up and/or received, we will either ship the order replacement or process the store credit/refund.

The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Desk Store ’s Quality Assurance Team.

The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentation, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.

The product you’re returning must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged (other than in transit from Desk Store  to your address), soiled, or altered, the return won’t be processed and the items will be sent back to you.

  • If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a store credit/refund for the same.
  • Please note that the products might look slightly different from the ones you see on the website, especially in terms of color.

If you don’t receive the complete order or there are any discrepancies from what you had ordered, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hrs from the date of delivery to report the issue, our team will be there to assist you with any concerns you might have. We will not be able to entertain any such requests if the concern is not raised within this stipulated period.

Orders once placed, can only be cancelled within the next 3 hours of placing the order or before the order is packed and shipped, whichever is earlier. 

For orders cancelled by Desk Store , we will refund the full amount received by Desk Store to the account from which the payment has been received.
